Within the tolls, we charge 15 minutes for travel to the location and 15 minutes for the return trip.

Outside the tolls, we charge 30 minutes for travel to the location and 30 minutes for the return trip. If the driving distance is significantly shorter, we will charge based on the actual time.

Long-distance drives (over 30 km) are billed at 3.5 SEK/km.

Credit card. Fee: 1.75% per transaction. We accept Visa, MC, Amex.

We always perform a credit check on new customers. Please note that we only do a record check that does not affect your creditworthiness, and the type of credit check does not appear in UC or other agencies.

Upon approved credit check, payment is always made against an invoice. In the case of payment remarks, immediate payment is required after the assignment is completed. For debts with the Enforcement Authority (Kronofogden), advance payment is required before the move begins.

Cleaning

We perform the moving cleaning on the same day unless otherwise agreed. The exact time required may vary, as each residence is different and has different requirements. We generally estimate that we will need a full workday to complete the moving cleaning thoroughly, unless other arrangements are made.

Yes, the windows are washed inside and outside on both sides of all window panes.

Yes, descaling of the bathtub and shower is included in the moving cleaning and is done as needed.

As soon as you have a move-in date, you can contact us to secure a guaranteed booking for the moving cleaning.

Please note that the last week of each month is particularly busy, which may lead to us being fully booked. Therefore, it's best to reach out early!

However, don’t hesitate to contact us at the last minute – we often find a solution for your moving cleaning!

Payment is made via invoice or Swish. If the customer has not been approved during the credit check, payment will be made using Swish.

A material and travel cost of 100 SEK will be added to the invoice.

To receive a tax reduction (RUT deduction) directly on the invoice, we need your personal identification number.
